At Russo Power Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most new and unused items. Please ensure all equipment is returned in its original packaging with all manuals and accessories included.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in new, unused condition and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that gas-powered equipment cannot be returned once fuel has been added.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which is required for processing all mail-in returns.
Pack and Label
Securely package your items in their original boxes and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton to avoid processing delays.
Ship or Drop Off
Send your package via a trackable shipping method to our main distribution center or bring the item directly to any of our local retail locations for an immediate exchange.
